I saw him perform live on Sunday 13 April - it might have been his final concert. He looked old and frail, but still swung and clearly loved what he was doing.

As a latecomer to the joys of ISIHAC and Mornington Crescent, I am bummed. Not entirely surprised but, dammit...

Just saw it on the BBC News frontpage. :( I've been a regular listener to ISIHAC for many years, and recently downloaded from Audible a copy of "In Search of Mornington Crescent", where they (unsuccessfully) attempt to uncover the secrets of the game... Humph also narrated one of the MC-based short stories that accompanied the programme.
