Buttons, buttons everywhere!

If you're looking at adding an RSS subscription button, or whatever, to your blog, then I'm sure you'll have seen buttons that look like this:

It's easy enough to make your own - just use the simple button design tool provided by Adam Kalsey (as part of a suite of useful web-based blog tools). Choose the colours you want from the pop-up palettes, fill in your text, choose where bars and borders should go, and click submit.

The site will generate a 80 x 15 PNG file, ready for you to copy to your PC and upload wherever you will. Like this one:

Fun for all the family.

Or you could just use CSS:

[Error: Irreparable invalid markup ('<a [...] href#">') in entry. Owner must fix manually. Raw contents below.]

Or you could just use CSS:

<a title="RSS 0.91" href#"><span style="border:1px solid;border-color:#FC9 #630 #330 #F96;padding:0 3px;font:bold 10px verdana,sans-serif;color:#FFF;background:#F60;text-decoration:none;margin:0;">Simon 1.1</span>

Well that kinda failed. But would work if LJ didn't muck it up.

Trying again without the title:
Simon 1.1
