Inside Hello Kitty

Michael Paulus' Skeletal Systems is art examining the skeletons cartoon characters might have.

"I decided to take a select few of these popular characters and render their skeletal systems as I imagine they might resemble if one truly had eye sockets half the size of its head, or fingerless-hands, or feet comprising 60% of its body mass."

(I'm not entirely sure about the Shmoo - I always thought he/it was meant to be just a blob. It's like finding out that Barbapapa had a skeleton...)

schmoo is completely wrong - it can adjust itself to any shape so it *cant* have a skeleton..

I don't know anyone else who remembers Barbapapa - I was starting to wonder if I had imagined it all!

Wonderful! Though I agree with Mary - Kitty needs a chin!

Thank you
A while ago I was reminiscing about the Barbapapa stickers and album I had when I was little, but nobody else I told about it remembered them. It made me feel very weird, as it was part of my childhood. Thanks for the link!

I always over-look my country's beauty until someone else points it out.
