Computerised fridge magnets...
I've just been experimenting with Avery's printable magnet sheets in a Xerox Phaser 8400 with the art Bryan Talbot most kindly drew for our wedding invitations.
All I can say is: this rocks. Instant fridge magnets!
What you get is quite simple - it's a sheet of photo paper with a magnetic backing. Just run through a laser or inkjet and then cut to shape. The Phaser's wax jet printing works really well here, giving a nicely embossed feel, with a good bind into the paper - and the black and grey toning of Bryan's mixed media work has come across really well.
Next: try something in colour...
