The Honda factory closure is due more to the new Shiny! trade deal between Japan and the EU. They're moving production home to Japan where they have surplus factory capacity since they will be able to export home-made cars to the EU with reducing tariffs over the next few years. It's the same with Nissan at Swindon, although Brexit didn't help.

It's when the BMW factory at Cowley cuts jobs and/or closes or Vauxhall/Peugeot in Ellesmere Port puts up the shutters that Brexit can be really blamed without other considerations getting in the way.
