A career limiting move?

Certainly someone at the Guardian is not having a good day...

And the Indian innings is continuing in a similar vein...

(update: this seems to be a regular thing on the "live" commentary columns. Check out the weasels on this one!)

Oh, wow... that is suberb.

Is it always like that, or is it comic relief or something?

Pass. You know, I hadn't thought of that...

Ah, but had sent the link to a non-cricket fan and he says it's been taken down...

No, it's still there. Maybe it got SlashDotted (LiveJournalled?)

Still there but no direct link to it from their cricket page - which makes me think it is a Comic Relief hoax..

Whatever it is, it's *wonderful*!!!

No, actually, it's always like that. Last year's live World Cup coverage followed much the same pattern, and was really very funny.

What is it with Cricket and Red Noses?
Didn't the veritable old clip of Aggers and Johnners cracking up over some cricketing innuendo win the Today programme poll for the most embarrassing Radio 4 moment too? (The R4 site's not been updated, nor do the links to the clips seem to work at present, but I think that's what disturbed my dozing this morning.)

Don't immediately think of cricket as inspiring that much hilarity.

Re: Copied by The Reg
I think it went viral at about the time I heard it. It's on NTK, too, and it's got out onto at least one well-linked blog or two from here (thanks bohemiancoast!)
